Metropolitan Dental Group is a well-established, patient-focused dental practice seeking a friendly and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring the best possible experience for our patients.

We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support our dental team in delivering top-notch patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II  
• Registered with the Manitoba Dental Association
• New graduates welcome
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

Key responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during various procedures, including exams, and cleanings
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain an organized working environment.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Clinic Hours:

• Monday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
