ASSOCIATE DENTIST (PART-TIME) – IMMEDIATE START
Practice: Sharpe Dental Centre
Location: St. James, Winnipeg, Manitoba (2163 Portage Avenue)
Schedule: Part-Time (No Evenings, No Weekends)
Compensation: 40% of Collections + Flexible Vacation Allotment
Start Date: July 2026

Sharpe Dental Centre is a well-established, patient-centred family practice dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to the St. James community. Our clinic is fully digital, modern, and paperless. We pride ourselves on cultivating a warm, collaborative team environment where patient comfort and clinical excellence are our top priorities.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our busy team. This part-time role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, thrives in a supportive team environment, and is committed to delivering comprehensive general dentistry.
With a strong patient base and an immediate start date available, you will step into a productive schedule with an outstanding work-life balance.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Our targeted part-time hours are:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (varied)
- Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from an accredited DDS/DMD program.
- Active license to practice dentistry in Manitoba and in good standing with
the Manitoba Dental Association (MDA). - Strong diagnostic and clinical skills across general dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on patient empathy, education, and trust-building.
