SmileWorks Dental on Marion is seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate.

• Start Date: As Soon as Possible

• Schedule: Full-time or part-time available
• Technology: Modern practice with digital x-rays, Maxident charting
• Support: Experienced administrative and clinical team to assist in patient care and scheduling

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed and in good standing with the Manitoba Dental Association

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (French language would be an asset not required)
• Committed to providing high-quality patient care
• Comfortable with a wide range of procedures (restorative, preventative, Surgical,etc.)
• Willingness to be part of a collaborative and caring team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performing dental examinations, restorations, cleanings, and other general dental procedures

• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
