SmileWorks Dental on Marion is seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate.

Start Date: As Soon as Possible

Schedule: Full-time or part-time available

Technology: Modern practice with digital x-rays, Maxident charting

Support: Experienced administrative and clinical team to assist in patient care and scheduling

Ideal Candidate

- Licensed and in good standing with the Manitoba Dental Association

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (French language would be an asset not required)

- Committed to providing high-quality patient care

- Comfortable with a wide range of procedures (restorative, preventative, Surgical,etc.)

- Willingness to be part of a collaborative and caring team

Qualifications

- Proficiency in performing dental examinations, restorations, cleanings, and other general dental procedures

- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
