We’re growing, we’re busy, and we have some very exciting things happening at NHDC! We’re getting ready to move into a brand-new dental office, and we’re looking for the right Associate Dentist to join our team and grow with us.
If you’re a dentist who believes that dentistry is about more than just teeth — it’s about people, relationships, teamwork and making patients feel genuinely cared for — we might be the perfect fit for each other.
We’re a busy, established, full-service dental practice in Niverville, Manitoba, with an amazing patient base and a team that truly loves what we do. Our patients know us for being friendly, welcoming and, most importantly, for having a lot of heart.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, personable Associate Dentist to join our growing team 1–2 days per week, with plenty of room to grow!
We are BUSY — so there is a great opportunity for the right person to build a strong patient base and increase their days with us as we continue to grow.

- A licensed dentist in good standing with the Manitoba Dental Association
- Patient-focused and committed to providing excellent clinical care
- Warm, personable and genuinely enjoys getting to know their patients
- A team player who wants to work alongside a supportive group of dental professionals
- Reliable, motivated and enthusiastic about dentistry
- Comfortable providing a broad range of general dentistry
- Someone who takes pride in creating a positive and comfortable patient experience
- Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than simply a place to fill a day on the schedule
