Metropolitan Dental Group is a well-established, patient-focused dental practice seeking a friendly and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. We are offering a one-year term with potential for longer for the right candidate. Our office provides a flexible, relaxed, and supportive atmosphere where quality dentistry and work-life balance truly matter. Full-time mentorship available for new grads.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited DDS/DMD program.
• Active dental license with the Manitoba Dental Association.
• Strong communication skills with a genuine focus on patient empathy and trust-building.

Compensation & Benefits

• Remuneration: 40% of collections or hourly rate depending on experience.
• Vacation: Flexible vacation allotment.
• Schedule: No evenings and no weekends.

Clinic Hours:

• Monday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: Closed
