ANNUAL CORPORATION FEES BY-LAW No. 31A-99 A By-law to establish the registration fee for dental corporations and the annual fee to practise as a corporation.
BOARD AND COMPOSITION ELECTION BY-LAW No. 1-72 A By-law to provide for the election of the Board of Directors.
CODE OF ETHICS BY-LAW No. 6-02 This Code of Ethics is a set of principles of professional conduct which establishes the requirements and expectations for dentists in fulfilling duties to their patients, to the public, to the profession, and to their colleagues. In addition, the Code of Ethics is intended to serve as a guide for members of the Manitoba Dental Association ("MDA").

Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Conscious Sedation 2. Intravenous/Intra-muscular Conscious Sedation
LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR DENTAL CORPORATIONS BY-LAW No. 40-00 A By-law pursuant to Section 24(2)(1) of the Dental Association Act relating to the professional liability coverage or other liability protection that a licensed member of the Manitoba Dental Association or dental corporation must carry.
A By-law to provide for the classes of registration and licensure with the Manitoba Dental Association (MDA).
MULTIPLE PRESCRIPTION BY-LAW No. 29-89 A By-law to improve efforts to prevent and detect controlled substance abuse and diversion in conjunction with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba, the Manitoba Pharmaceutical Association, the Manitoba Dental Association and the Manitoba Veterinary Association.
